I’m glad you’re here. This is my corner of the web, where you can find out a bit more about who I am, what I offer, and how we can work together.
I came to this work through the body first, through years of yoga practice, sound training, and a deep curiosity about how we carry stress, emotion, and experience within us. Over time, that path led me into psychotherapy, where I found a way to bring together care for both the body and the mind.
As someone of Nigerian, Irish, and British heritage, I hold deep respect for lineage, community, and the many teachings that have shaped me along the way. I remain deeply grateful to my teachers and continue to approach this work as a lifelong student, both professionally and personally.
Above all, my work is rooted in the belief that we deserve spaces where we can be beautifully human. Take a look around and reach out if I can help in any way.
