Retreat Work
Retreat work offers immersive, guided experiences designed to help you step away from daily pressures and reconnect with yourself. Through a blend of therapeutic practices, reflection, and supportive group or one-to-one sessions, retreats provide space for deep healing, personal growth, and lasting change.
I offer retreat spaces designed around rest, safety and meaningful integration.
These include both day retreats and residential retreats, offering time away from daily demands and space for the nervous system to settle.
Current Retreat – France
21st – 25th September
A four-night residential retreat offering a carefully held environment for rest, reflection and gentle reconnection.
Set within a quiet natural setting, the retreat is designed to support the body and mind in softening out of ongoing pressure.
Within this retreat, I offer:
- Sound therapy and deep rest practices
- Nervous system informed sessions
- Gentle body-informed awareness
- Integration support
This is not a high-intensity or performance-based retreat. The emphasis is on steadiness, space and sustainable restoration.
