Work Well-Being Workbook

The Work Wellbeing Workbook is designed to offer a snapshot of your current wellbeing landscape.

As you work through the reflective questions and exercises, use your responses as information rather than judgment. They are simply data, helping you recognise your strengths, notice where you may be feeling stretched, and identify where there is space for a simpler, kinder and more sustainable way of being.

Alongside the workshop, the workbook provides practical guidance and reflective exercises to support you in weaving wellbeing into your everyday working life

Workday Well-being Micro Practices

The Workday Wellbeing Micro Practices are a collection of the practices you experienced during the workshop, brought together as a toolkit to support your wellbeing throughout the working day. Whether you need to ground yourself, restore focus, release tension or create a moment of calm, choose the practice that feels most helpful.

There is no need to use every practice or follow them in order. Return to them as and when you need them, allowing them to become gentle companions rather than another task on your to-do list. Small, consistent moments of care can make a meaningful difference over time.
