I'm Muna McAdie
I’m an integrative psychotherapist, sound practitioner, and retreat facilitator offering care centred work for the full complexity of being human.
“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
— Carl R. Rogers
My work is shaped by the understanding that we do not exist outside the worlds we move through. So much of what we carry is influenced by history, environment, identity, and the demands of survival.
I don’t believe therapy is about fixing what is broken. I believe that each person already holds an innate capacity for wholeness, and that therapy can help us become more curious about what gets in the way of feeling connected to ourselves.
I work from a culturally aware, relational, and body informed perspective that recognises wellbeing cannot be separated from context, belonging, or lived experience.
As someone with Nigerian, British, and Irish heritage, I understand care as something deeply human, rooted in relationship, community, and the need to feel safely met.
